UNIX to Windows Migration

The Windows edition of our software is 100% compatible with UNIX. Data files created on UNIX can be read into the Windows edition with no chance of data loss or corruption. Prospector Pro/Post Service - Pro/Post is a service to provide you with custom post processor software that is specifically developed for your machine tools, shop standards, practices and preferences. With Pro/Post, you never have settle for anything less than 100% perfect output. Pro/Post service includes:

  • Unlimited Warranty - every post processor is covered with an unlimited warranty provided your Prospector application software is covered by a software support agreement. This means that any changes you require initially or in the future are free.
  • Speedy Delivery - in most cases, we can deliver your post processor in just a few business days. Any modifications you might need to fine-tune the output we can usually turn around the same day you request the changes.
  • Safe and Secure - every post processor is developed exclusively for you and maintained under your account name on our secure servers. There is no possibility that the software can be changed without your authorization.

Custom Programming & Projects

The very nature of our software allows it to be customized to address your unique needs.  ExpertCAD, ExpertCAM and ToolDesigner use our proprietary macro language ScriptLink to create the entire user interface for the application.  Anything and everything you see can be changed in both appearance and function.  You can add, remove or modify:

Prospector PowerSource Programming

Prospector is unique in that it is a knowledge-based CAM system. Our proprietary PowerSource technology allows machining rules and standards to be embedded into a database. At run-time the database calculates the proper or preferred settings for every NC program that is created.
