Windows 8 Upgrades
All AMT Software is compatible with the 32-bit & 64-bit editions
of Windows 8. If you are running versions published before
2013, you'll need to upgrade!

Software Support Contract
A software support contract covers you for 1 full year and includes:
- Receive major software updates that are published during the term of the agreement.
Software updates typically include product enhancements, corrective maintenance and other technical modifications.
A software update includes one set of media and one set of release notes
- Access to all software patches published between regular software updates.
Software patches are published as required to correct high severity defects and/or adapt
the software to function properly for new releases of hardware or operating systems.
- No cost phone and e-mail support to assist with questions or problems specifically related
to the installation and licensing of software updates.
- No cost replacement of a defective hardware lock (dongle) for any license covered by this agreement.
- One (1) no cost license transfers for UNIX or Windows floating licenses during the term of the contract.
- Low-cost hardware lock upgrade from parallel port dongle to USB key.

Software Upgrades
If you have let your software support lapse and need to upgrade

and resuming software support. The sooner you act, the better.
Costs to upgrade your software is based on a sliding scale where
costs increase the longer your software has been off-support.
Hardware Lock Upgrades
The parallel port has followed the floppy disk into extinction. If you are still using an
old parallel port hardware lock (dongle) you can upgrade to a USB hardware lock. If your software
is covered by a software support contract, you can upgrade to a USB key for a nominal fee.
Off-support licenses may be eligible to upgrade depending on the version of the software. Call
